Covid-19 has been challenging to say the least. During this time when Parents and children are home, it’s easy to get bored, frustrated and can introduce all sorts of new emotions both positive and negative. Here are some tips to keep you and your family healthy and happy during Covid-19.

  1. Make sure to take a break- Working constantly can be overwhelming. Make sure to take a break even if that means going outside for a few minutes and taking a deep breath.
  2. Communication- Sometimes just talking about your feelings and how things are affecting you and your loved ones will make you feel better and bring you closer.
  3. Do Activities Together- Sometimes being confined to home can make things difficult. Doing activities as a family will help. Paint, draw, crafts, backyard picnics, cook together, and many other activities will help ease the tension of being confined.
